Ilham Aliyev sends a letter to the President of Belarus

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulation letter to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Text of the letter reads below:

"Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.

It is pleasant that brotherly Belarus has made considerable accomplishments in the fields of socio-economic development and establishment of stability and rule of law in the country.

I am confident that we will continue our joint efforts towards strengthening Azerbaijan-Belarus traditional friendly ties, ensuring dynamic and constructive development of our comprehensive cooperation and multifaceted activities for the prosperity of our people and countries.

I wish you robust health, happiness and success, and the brotherly people of Belarus peace and prosperity."
