New assistant for the head of MCIT

The new assistant has been appointed to Minister of Communications and Information Technologies.

Emin Mammadov was brought to this position.

Note that, in the years of 2010-2016 E. Mammadov worked as leading specialist and seniorspecialist in Education, Youth and Sport Section of Humanitarian Programmes Department of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
